About My Practice
As a mental health coach, I work with clients who are seeking new skills to manage stress, anxiety or low-level depression; who are exploring ways to manage a variety of interpersonal conflicts; and who are searching for ways to reduce the risks and harms around substance use.
Coaching is a collaborative process where we explore the issues affecting your daily life, brainstorm solutions, and create action plans to help you move forward. If you're ready to learn new strategies for coping and put these new techniques in to practice, coaching could be just the right fit.
We all face challenges because life is hard. We can choose whether we'll manage alone, or whether we'll take the risk to ask for help. I hope you’ll take the risk. I’m here to help.
About Me
I have over 30 years of experience in the mental health field in a variety of settings, including schools, counseling agencies and private practice. I live in Dallas with my husband of 28 years. We have two sons – one in high school, the other in college.
